PLEASE READ
We ship orders everyday! If USPS, UPS, and FedEx are open; we're shipping your item(s) that day. We promise to get your items to you as fast as possible! Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders after 1:00 will be shipped the following morning.
Express Mail
Special over-night orders and Rush-Shipping orders are accepted and are sent USPS EXPRESS MAIL. These orders will include an additional shipping charge. Please message us if you need your order shipped overnight.
FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE on all orders of $29.00 and over for all discs, bags, targets, disc golf course signs, & gear.
FLAT-RATE SHIPPING
Orders UNDER $29.00 for all discs, bags, targets, disc golf course signs, and gear ship for $3.99 Flat-Rate.
EASY TRACKING
Most orders will be shipped through Paypal's Postage System. If you paid for your order on Paypal, please track your order [Securely] from your Paypal account. This applies for both traditional Paypal payments and credit-card payments through Paypal. We will immediately process your order and send you a tracking notification when your item(s) have shipped. WRONG ADDRESS
To help avoid shipping problems, please have the correct shipping address including apartment, suite, unit [NUMBER] etc. Please make sure your Paypal shipping address is correct and complete too! We'll try to catch shipping address mistakes, but It is ultimately the customers responsibility to send correct shipping information. Customer's packages that are re-turned to CRDG, because incorrect or incomplete address information was given, are required to pay ALL additional re-shipping charges.
BACK-ORDERS
Items purchased on BACK-ORDER may be delayed! Some multiple item BACK-ORDERS may be broken down and shipped separately. Expect a slight shipping delay when ordering items that are ON BACK-ORDER!
TARGET SHIPPING
Innova DISCatcher targets ship for FREE! We'll ship as many as you want with free shipping. Please Contact Us for a quote on large quantities of targets (3 or more). If your DISCatcher Target is damaged or lost during shipping, DO NOT WORRY! It is fully insured and will be replaced.
ALASKA & HAWAII
Alaska and Hawaii are not included in our Free Shipping Policy for targets. Please Contact Us for shipping to AK and HI.
NO TARGET RETURNS
TARGETS are not included in CRDG's FREE RETURN POLICY. Due to the HIGH COST of shipping disc golf targets, Chain Reaction Disc Golf does not allow FREE returns on targets. If your Disc Golf target is DAMAGED during shipping - DON'T WORRY! It is covered!

We've RARELY had an item returned in over 25-years of selling Golf Discs & Disc Golf Products! If you order something on our site...you will get that EXACT item! Chain Reaction Disc Golf's MAIN MISSION is to get the EXACT ITEMS to our customers quickly, 100% of the time!
SHIPPING PROBLEMS
Please Contact-Us if something is WRONG with your order. Do Not return item(s) until we've sent full return instructions. Please leave your name and any pertinent info and we'll get back to you SOON, with information on how to proceed.
14-DAY RETURNS
CRDG will accept returns for 14-days after purchase. Your re-turn shipping will be refunded only if item is returned to us per our return instructions. CRDG will not pay for OVERNIGHT or EXPRESS SHIPPING on returns. Please Contact-Us for return shipping information before returning any item(s). NOTE: USED, WORN, THROWN, or ABUSED items can not be returned.
