Innova Metal Flake Thunderbird

The Metal Flake Champion Thunderbird flies exactly like the regular Champion Thunderbird, although it has a little BLING added in. The Thunderbird can be best described as a seasoned Firebird with less fade. The Thunderbird is predictable in the wind and a great long range precision driver.

SPEED: 9 | GLIDE: 5 | TURN: 0 | FADE: 2

Feel the Thunder!

The 9-Speed Innova Metal Flake Thunderbird has a controllable, accurate flight, and is like a Longer flying Champion T-Bird. The Thunderbird is slightly stable and can handle some wind and will skip [for the Ace or extra distance] if thrown hard. Pros will appreciate the shot shaping ability of this distance driver while less experienced players will like the predictable flight.

MF Jolly Launcher Plastic!

This Thunderbird is made from grippy METAL-FLAKE Jolly Launcher Champion-line plastic and it’s a Beauty. Metal-Flake Champion plastic is slightly different than Innova’s Standard Champion-Line plastic and has more grip and tiny pieces of SHINY METAL blended in. It also looks a lot like HARD CANDY [particularly Jolly Rancher’s hard candies] and hence the nickname…Jolly Launcher!

Endorsed and thrown by McBeth!

Thunderbirds are used by Team Innova’s Paul McBeth…4-Time Professional World Champion (2012-2015). It’s that GOOD and CRDG highly recommends the Thunderbird too. The Thunderbird’s precision and stability make it a great disc for a variety of different shots.

Better Stock UP!

These MF Champion Thunderbirds may not be around for long, so get some NOW. Innova has a knack for adding and subtracting MF discs from their line-up with no warning.
