The 1st Run Proto-Star Animal is only available in 173-175 grams and only in Innova’s best and most durable plastic — Star-line. This firm plastic has a better flight, because Star Line is grippier and faster than the other plastics. The Star Animal goes in the chains, grabs on, and stays in the target.

The Animal has a Big Bead bottom edge, and the bead’s groove works well for putting. Resting the index finger on the bead creates a better grip and better spin, and that will keep your putter tracking on line.

The Innova Star Animal 1st Run sports Innova’s Thumtrac™ around the outer edge. It feels great and it works well for POWER-GRIP throws. The thumb naturally wants to sit in the Thumtrac™ and helps add traction and a better grip.
