No. We are an exclusively on-line Disc Golf Company.

WHY IS MY ORDER WRONG?
Very rarely is an order packed with the wrong item(s) at Chain Reaction! But, we're very sorry if this has happened to your order. Please call us at: 512-825-6054 or Contact-Us if your order has an incorrect item.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept PayPal, credit cards, money orders, and personal checks. You can securely use your Paypal account or easily and securely use a credit card at check-out. Tee sign orders must be paid by check.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
We prefer you use our website's secure shopping cart and checkout system for ordering. Albeit, you can also place an order with a sales person over the phone/mobile device. Call or text us at: 512.825.6054.
Can I get a rush order?
Special over-night orders and rush orders are accepted and are sent USPS EXPRESS MAIL. These orders will include an additional shipping charge. Please MESSAGE-US if you need your order shipped overnight.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you a tracking notification when your item(s) have shipped. Also, you can track your item at Paypal.com if you used Paypal for your payment. All orders will receive an email w/tracking.
DO YOU DELIVER LOCALLY?
Yes. We deliver to certain zip codes in Austin, TX. We will also meet customers at various courses in North Austin.

MINIMUM CART TOTAL FOR FREE SHIP?
Shipping is FREE for orders of $29.00 and over and includes all SIGNS, DISCS, BAGS, & TARGETS.
FLAT-RATE SHIPPING?
Orders under $29.00 ship for $3.99 Flat-Rate. This includes all SIGNS, DISCS, BAGS, and TARGETS.
WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY WILL DELIVER?
All golf discs, bags, sportswear, and gear are shipped [same day] using USPS (1st Class & Priority).
HOW DO WE SHIP SIGNAGE?
Chain Reaction Disc Golf uses UPS and Fedex for shipping all disc golf course signs and park signage.

WHEN WILL I GET MY SIGNS?
That depends upon how many jobs our sign department is currently working on. If we're not busy, you can expect your signs in a month or less.
WHAT IF COURSE ISN'T READY?
We won't start a disc golf sign project until everything on the course is completely designed and no changes will be made. Starting and stopping a sign project after it has begun is not recommended.
WHEN SHOULD I CONTACT YOU?
Immediately. Please Contact-Us and we will send you an email with details on how our very precise process works. The email details everything you'll need to get ready for the sign project.
CAN WE MAKE OTHER SIGNS?
Yes! We can design signage for almost any venue. Please let us know what you're looking for and we'll get back to you with more information.
ANY PROGRAMMING CHARGES?
NO! We do not charge any programming fees for our disc golf signs. Plus, we will add your high-quality logo or background at no extra charge.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR SIGNS?
We accept only checks for tee-sign, rules signs, course maps, and custom sign orders. Credit card & Paypal payments are not available for our tee-signs, maps, and custom signs.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
All sign orders require full payment or a down payment in advance. We'll refund only 50% of the total cost for all cancelled orders after graphic programming has started.
WHAT IF MY SIGN HAS AN ERROR OR TYPO?
Our signage process is designed to avoid mistakes. We will send you proofs of every sign before any sign is printed. We will do everything we can to catch typos, but it is ultimately the customers responsiblility to find any errors. The customer must check the proofs thoroughly and find objects, text spelling, and anything that they want changed before approving the graphics for printing. We reprint graphics that are not of good quality — we will not send out signs that have poor quality printing.
CAN A TYPO BE FIXED, OR A SIGN BE CHANGED?
Yes. Most typos or small errors can be covered with a small patch. We've had customers change hole numbers, the name of the course, remove/move targets, and add/remove trees with a simple patch. The process is easy and you can't see the sign has been patched. The patch is much cheaper than replacing the entire sign, and is $10.00 minimum.

WHY SO MANY DISCS AND PLASTIC VARIATIONS?
This is because, different discs and plastics perform differently under all conditions. Please read our LEARN DISC GOLF articles for information about the different types of discs and plastics used in Disc Golf.
WHAT IS THE BEST DISC FOR BEGINNERS?
New disc golfers need to concentrate on hitting the FAIRWAY off the tee. We recommend the Innova Leopard and Innova TeeBird. Please read our Learn Disc Golf articles for more information.
HOW CAN I GET BETTER AT DISC GOLF?
Read our Learn Disc Golf Articles. We discuss discs & plastics, flight numbers, practice, work-outs, games, and tips.
WHY DOES CRDG CARRY ONLY INNOVA?
We carried many golf disc brands in the 1990s and 2000s and didn't have much luck with that business model. We prefer to carry only Innova Champion Golf Discs and specialize in their products.
WILL YOU ADD MORE BRANDS?
That's Doubtful. We are 25-year Certified Innova Disc Golf product specialists and Chain Reaction Disc Golf is a Team Innova Ambassador. Innova has more products and golf discs than any manufacturer, and we prefer to focus on just Innova's products.
SPONSORSHIP
DO YOU SPONSOR PLAYERS?
Sorry No. CRDG has always done what we can to help, especially when it comes to the COURSES! We prefer to help with course development and improvements and have spent hundreds of hours volunteering at park days.
DO YOU SPONSOR HOLES?
Yes! We sponsor holes with FREE tee signs. Our Ace Tee-sign has an area for hole sponsorship. We will gladly sponsor [1 hole] on your course, if you choose Chain Reaction to make your course's signage.
DO YOU SPONSOR EVENTS?
Yes. We have sponsored hundreds of tournaments over the past 25-years. We currently sponsor various local events and do not plan to add new sponsorship at this time. Sorry about that!
